Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfilment centre for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfilment centre to the destination. 

Our Items take 2 - 3 days to fulfil.

Once fulfilled, delivery is within:

 USA: 2-8 Business Days

 Canada: 3-12 Business Days

 Europe: 3-11 Business Days

 International: 5-14 Business Days

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavour to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Generally overall a package should not take more 15 – 35 business days to arrive and typical shipping times to the U.K, North America, Europe, and Australasia are 25 business days (varies from product to product).

Specific countries such as Canada & Australasia may experience longer delivery times due to delays at customs and an additional period may have to be allowed. Unfortunately this added time is out of our control and due to domestic customs.

Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.

 

Returns

If you’re not happy with your item, please get in touch with at simpleuniqueaccessories@gmail.com so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.

To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate return address prior to returning the item(s).

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
